Gingerbread’s Native Android Market to Get ‘Related’ Tab!

A leaked Google voice search video is already advocating for Android 2.3 Gingerbread update for Nexus One. I am sure, Nexus One owners are already rejoicing. But wait! What we have in hand now is the news that the Android Market is going to have a ‘Related’ apps tabs in Gingerbread! I am not quite sure how exactly would this new tab work. It may enlist the apps related to the ones already downloaded on your phone or the ones you just searched for or both.

I mostly use AppBrain to get the Android apps because Market has not yet a very competent way of finding the apps you need. I have to try several different apps to get the one I actually like. Even AppBrain is not much of a help for me though it makes things simpler. It seems like Google is addressing the problem and the new tab would help resolving the major Android Market drawback!
